Dawn Flanigan

Dawn Flanigan is the CEO and President of Global Interpreting Services, LLC. She is a Nationally Certified Sign Language Interpreter with over 30 years of experience and holds her CI, CT, NIC, and OTC certifications, as well as state credentials from Michigan. Dawn attended Mott Community College’s Interpreter Training Program and continues to maintain her credentials through ongoing education.

Over the years, she has supervised interpreters in a variety of settings, including education, legal, medical, business, and collegiate environments. She is one of the few—if not the only—Sign Language interpreters who trains and mentors both foreign language and Sign Language interpreters. Additionally, she is a licensed Bridging the Gap trainer.

Dawn is a well-rounded professional dedicated to human services and ensuring effective communication.

Dano Milunovich

Dano Milunovich is Executive Vice President of Operations for Global Interpreting Services, LLC. with responsibility for overseeing the entire business module including daily operations, business marketing, client relations, customer service, and HR compliance. Prior to joining Global, he worked for Chrysler Corporation in several different capacities including positions as Corporate Materials Management, Pilot Operations Launch Manager, Operations Manager – U.S. Customs Northern and Southern Border Jurisdiction, and Operations Manager, Parts and Materials, Transportation Management and Cost Control. His daily duties consisted of strategic business development concepts and processes, while traveling extensively through Canada and Mexico representing Chrysler in all facets of U.S. Customs compliance.
